“I did the e-learning level 3 weighlifting course to further expand my knowledge in olympic weightlifting. The course emphasises the planning and programming of weightlifting training plans. The combination of the explanation with the video’s and the information in the book brougth a thorough understanding of the details in planning from macro- to micro-cycle. In the near future I will adjust my own spreadsheets in the same structure to make it possible to exchange information with other national trainers. To follow this system makes it more transparant and comparable. I compliment Mr. Eenink that showed real stamina and expertise in making all the video’s and textbooks!”

Thanks for the opportunity to take your course. It was well organized and informative.I especially liked the way that you made use of the AVI when developing the training plans and the timing of the deloading weeks through the cycle. I have begun to incorporate these concepts in the training plans of the lifters at my club. I think it would be useful to have some information as to how you would adjust programming if a lifter failed to make all the reps at the TM% in the sets in a planned week or session. Do you make any kind of adjustment in the following weeks or sessions? Do you ever use more than 2 top sets with older or higher ranked lifters in any exercises during a cycle? Also, I saw on your website that there was a Level 4 course. Is that still available?
